Performance Marketing Specialist

Behind the scenes, we tackle complex routing challenges, process massive datasets, and optimise search performance to deliver fast, reliable results.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Engineer to join our team and help scale paid acquisition through a more technical, data-driven approach.
You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, data, and engineering—owning how campaigns are structured, tracked, analysed, and optimised. You’ll go beyond platform execution to improve the systems and data that power performance.
What you’ll do
- Build, manage, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other channels
- Design and improve campaign structures, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches at scale
- Debug and enhance tracking, attribution, and conversion flows across platforms
- Analyse large datasets (via SQL or similar tools) to identify performance drivers and inefficiencies
- Partner with Data and Engineering teams to improve data pipelines, automation, and tooling for marketing
- Contribute to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality, measurement)
- Identify opportunities to scale acquisition more efficiently through better systems and processes
- Monitor performance and continuously iterate to improve ROI
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (must-have)
- Ability to work with data beyond platform dashboards (SQL or similar)
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and marketing data flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Data, Product, and Engineering teams
- Detail-oriented, with a curiosity for how systems and platforms actually work
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with BigQuery, Python, or BI tools (e.g. Looker)
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks or incrementality testing
- Background in marketplaces, travel, or high-scale consumer products
- Experience working with large-scale datasets or clickstream data
